Roshan Ravi

Roshan Ravi has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2016 and 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Nuance Communications, where they developed speaker diarization technology and built a prototype for their Dragon Ambient Experience (DAX) product.

From 2017 to 2019, Roshan served as the Software & Scouting Lead for the Billerica Bionics Team 4909, where they led the software development for semi-autonomous robots and created The Green Alliance, an international robotics match analysis system. Roshan presented The Green Alliance at the FIRST Robotics World Championship and collaborated with teams worldwide to collect data and develop a match strategy dashboard.

In 2018, Roshan joined Nuance Communications as a Software Engineer, specializing in the Dragon Medical Virtual Assistant (DMVA). Roshan worked on architecting cloud deployments, converting applications into microservices, developing SDKs, redesigning tools, and integrating their solution with partner applications.

Starting in 2019, Roshan founded Innovate Loop, where they serve as the Founder & CEO and Lead Software Consultant. Roshan provides cloud consulting, software architecture, and development services for scalable data and AI solutions. Roshan took the lead on projects such as designing and leading the development of a Python/MongoDB ETL platform for a health insurance firm to handle large amounts of EHR data.

In 2020, Roshan became the Vice President of the UML Entrepreneurial Ventures Association, where they contributed to the organization's entrepreneurial initiatives.

In 2022, Roshan took on multiple roles, including Conference Organizer, Photographer & A/V Coordinator at Cornell Blockchain and starting their own photography business called Roshan Ravi Photography.

Lastly, in 2023, Roshan became the Co-Founder & CTO of ReVision, where they continue to contribute their technical expertise and leadership skills.

Roshan Ravi's education history is as follows:

Roshan Ravi pursued a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Computer Science at Cornell Tech from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, during the same period, Roshan Ravi also pursued a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Computer Science at Cornell University.

Prior to that, Roshan Ravi obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Science and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2019 to 2021.

Roshan Ravi completed high school at Billerica Memorial High School and received a High School Diploma.

Furthermore, Roshan Ravi obtained additional certifications, such as MongoDB Certified DBA (C100DBA) and MongoDB Certified Developer (C100DEV) from MongoDB in September 2021 and August 2021, respectively. Roshan Ravi also attained a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification from The Linux Foundation in January 2020, and a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification from The Linux Foundation in December 2019.

It is worth noting that Roshan Ravi participated in various online programs as well, including completing a Full-Stack Web Developer Nanodegree, Front-End Web Developer Nanodegree, and iOS Developer Nanodegree from Udacity in 2016. Additionally, Roshan Ravi enrolled in the CSCI S65 - Advanced Mobile Application Development Using Swift and iOS course at Harvard University, completing it in 2017.
