WHO ARE YOU?

You are a digital guru with a knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships. You ideally have 4-6 years’ experience working in a similar role at a consultancy or digital agency.

You have a passion for all things digital and a deep level of expertise in consulting, digital platforms, technologies and marketing. You know a lot about website development, web applications, content management systems, digital marketing strategy, digital performance measurement and the software development lifestyle.

You’re super organised, with an eye for detail and you pride yourself on taking ownership of client outcomes. With strategy constantly front of mind, you love to collaborate with other experts and are driven to deliver the best possible results for our clients and their customer cohorts.

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The Queensland Senior Account Director is a senior member of the Client Services team at Revium. The Senior Account Director is tasked with leading client accounts across Queensland - developing trusted client relationships by providing credible and valuable strategic digital advice.

The Senior Account Director is accountable for the retention and growth of existing accounts as well as the acquisition of new clients.

This role involves working closely with project and service delivery teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, aligning with our core values of quality, relationships, communication and trust.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients (including some outside of hours functions, phone-calls, etc.)

  • Identify, pursue and close new opportunities within existing accounts

  • Identify, pitch and close new prospective client accounts

  • Act as the primary representative of Revium’s brand in QLD and proactively investing in promoting it through digital channels and networking events

  • Lead the planning and execution of account strategies that provide ROI to the client and support growth of the account

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs

Expected tasks:

  • Oversee assigned client works, ensuring they run smoothy and to budget

  • Coordinate monthly account check ins and quarterly account reviews with clients

  • Lead strategic conversations with assigned clients

  • Understand the business models of our clients and be able to identify needs, risks and opportunities

  • Coordinate with other internal teams to create cohesive, best in breed strategies

  • Invest time in attending relevant networking and industry events

  • Leverage your professional network where appropriate to attract and secure new opportunities

  • Directly take responsibility for day-to-day account management duties

  • Prepare and professionally deliver compelling presentations and proposals

  • Identify, contribute, and or lead, Tender and RFP responses as required

  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop marketing initiatives

  • Contribute to, and at times drive, PR activities aimed at increasing/enhancing brand awareness

  • Ensure all data for assigned opportunities is always accurate and up to date

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations

WHAT ARE WE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR?

  • Current Australian resident that lives in Brisbane or surrounding suburbs.

  • Approximately 4-6 years’ experience working in a similar role in the digital space.

  • A passion for, and strong understanding of all things digital, from CMS/DXP and application solutions through to marketing automation, AI and data analytics.

  • Exceptional attention to detail including excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • Astute client relationship management and confidence to lead client engagements.

  • Strong presentation skills with experience pitching to new & existing clients.

  • Ability to understand client needs and articulate appropriate solutions.

  • Experience using the full Microsoft suite of products.

  • A desire to learn and explore new technologies.
