Elana Drell-Szyfer

Elana Drell-Szyfer has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Elana currently serves as the CEO of ReVive Skincare since December 2017. Prior to that, they held various board member roles at Algenist, This Works, and Nest Fragrances. From December 2016 to June 2017, they were the CEO of Laura Geller New York and the SVP of Glansaol. Elana also served as the CEO of Laura Geller Beauty/Operating Advisor in Beauty to Tengram Capital Partners from July 2014 to June 2017. Before that, they were the EVP Global Brand Strategy at Kenneth Cole Productions from December 2013 to June 2014. Elana also has experience as the CEO and Deputy CEO at Dead Sea Laboratories AHAVA, from August 2013 to November 2013 and September 2012 to August 2013 respectively. Elana was the General Manager/CEO of Ahava North America from January 2011 to September 2012. Lastly, they held the role of SVP Global Marketing - The Estee Lauder Brand at The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. from July 2007 to August 2010.

Elana Drell-Szyfer attended Columbia University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Elana later enrolled in General Assembly in 2017 for a Digital Marketing Intensive program. Additionally, Elana pursued an MBA degree in Marketing at NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to their higher education, they completed their high school education at The Pingry School.
