John Elmer

John Elmer has had extensive work experience in various finance, operations, and information systems roles. John most recently served as CFO and COO at ReVive Skincare and previously held the same positions at Laura Geller Beauty, where they successfully managed finance, supply chain, and information systems. John played a key role in preparing the company for a transaction and overseeing the sale to Glansaol Management Inc. Prior to that, John was CFO, CIO, and COO at Carol's Daughter, where they implemented ERP systems and an ecommerce platform, resulting in significant cost reductions. John also served as VP of Finance and Information Systems at Rodgers and Hammerstein, overseeing accounting and information systems functions. John began their career as a Sr. Accountant at REBO Group.

John Elmer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, specializing in International Finance and Information Systems, and completed their studies from 1996 to 1998.
