Kara O'Rourke

Kara O'Rourke has extensive experience in operations and logistics management. Kara started their career in 2007 as an Operations Analyst at Movado Group, Inc, where they worked until 2009. Kara then joined Carol's Daughter as a Manager of Distribution and Logistics, where they stayed for six years. In 2015, Kara joined BECCA Cosmetics as a Director of Operations for two years before moving to their most recent position at RéVive Skincare. At RéVive Skincare, Kara initially served as the Director of Operations and was later promoted to Senior Director of Operations in 2022.

Kara O'Rourke earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from The College of New Jersey, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Kara then pursued further education at NYU Stern School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2012 to 2014.
