Karl Waugh

Karl Waugh has a strong background in software development and data science. Karl is currently working at RevLifter as the Head of Data Science, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Data Engineer at RevLifter from January 2021 to March 2022. Before joining RevLifter, Karl worked at Bright Interactive as a Software Developer from July 2018 to January 2021. Karl also gained experience as a Software Developer at Seiki Systems Ltd from June 2016 to July 2018, where they focused on full-stack development using .Net C#, JavaScript, AngularJS, and T-SQL. Karl's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at DC Storm from October 2012 to June 2016, where they worked on front-end and back-end systems using C#, F#, HTML, JavaScript (Angular, ExtJs, jQuery), SQL, and MDX.

Karl Waugh earned a BSc in Pure Mathematics from Queen Mary University of London from 2005 to 2008. Karl later obtained a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Sussex from 2008 to 2012.
