Melissa Hottinger, SHRM-CP, has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at RevLocal since November 2017. Previously, Melissa held various HR roles at State Farm ® from October 2003 to October 2017, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing performance for a virtual workforce across 18 states and working closely with leadership on talent-related decisions. Earlier in the career, Melissa gained valuable experience as a Claims Adjuster, handling numerous claims and collaborating with team members for effective resolution. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems from DeVry University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
