Rocio Vallecillos López

Rocio Vallecillos López is an accomplished professional in the field of cosmetic research and development, currently serving as the R&D Vice President for Hair and APDEO Innovation Leader at Revlon since February 2021. Prior roles at Revlon include R&D Vice President for the Hair & Body Innovation Hub and R&D Global Senior Director for the Hair Hub, where leadership encompassed extensive responsibilities in hair cosmetic development, particularly in hair colorations for both retail and professional markets. Rocio's experience also includes significant positions at The Colomer Group, where roles ranged from R&D Global Director to Associate Director in Haircoloration, and earlier as an R&D Chemist at Revlon. Rocio holds a degree in Organic Chemistry from Universitat de Barcelona and is currently pursuing further education in Design Thinking for Business Innovation at Esade.
