Wendy Gu is an R&D Technical Director at Revlon, leading product development for the China market and overseeing quality assurance for third-party manufacturers in Asia. With over 15 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, including a decade at L'Oréal, Wendy has expertise in formulation science, efficacy and safety evaluation, and team management. Wendy has notably set up research networks and platforms for efficacy studies, while also contributing to product innovation through scientific insights. Wendy holds a Master's degree in Polymer Chemistry from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry.
