Venkat Raghavendran is a highly experienced technical leader with a strong background in research and development across various industries, including polymers and subsea technologies. At Kraton Corporation, Raghavendran served as Regional Technical Manager for the Americas, overseeing product R&D and application development, and as Technical Manager for Specialty Polymers in North America, managing a team focused on innovation. Previous roles include Chief Engineer for Subsea Technologies at Forum Energy Technologies, where Raghavendran led technical strategies for buoyancy products and elastomers, and Senior Research Engineer at Milliken & Company, with a track record of developing patented products. Raghavendran also held leadership positions at AZDEL, Inc., focusing on product development and technology innovation in automotive applications. Raghavendran holds both a PhD and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
