Fernando Raszl

Fernando Raszl has a diverse work experience in the adhesives industry. Fernando currently holds the position of Regional Technology Director, R&D at H.B. Fuller since 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at H.B. Fuller from 2010 to 2020 as the R&D and Tech Service Manager for Latin America. Before that, they served as the Marketing Manager for America Latina Sul at Henkel from 2008 to 2010. Fernando also worked as the Industrial Director at National Starch & Chemical from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they gained experience as a Development and Application Engineer at Henkel from 1997 to 2002 and started their career as a Technical Assistant at H.B. Fuller from 1995 to 1997.

Fernando Raszl earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 1994. In 2001, they obtained a specialization in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Design Thinking from IDEO, Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer, and Creative Relearning from Keep Learning School, all in 2020. Fernando also holds certifications in various other fields such as Creative Processes from Perestroika and Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from HarvardX.
