Gizem Karadeniz

Gizem Karadeniz has an extensive work experience spanning different roles and industries. Gizem started their career as a Recruitment Intern at Beymen in 2012, where they assisted in the recruitment process and screened CVs. Gizem then interned as a Psychology Intern at Arkabahçe Psikolojik Gelişim, Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Merkezi in 2015 and EkipNormaRazon Çocuk, Genç ve Aile Danışmanlık Merkezi in the same year, gaining valuable experience in the field.

In 2017, Karadeniz worked as an Assistant to the Director at Abbott, demonstrating their administrative skills. Gizem then joined Talentra in 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant, where they managed recruiting requirements, conducted interviews, and onboarded new recruiters. Moving on, they worked at IESF - International Executive Search Federation as a Recruitment Consultant from February 2020 to August 2022.

Karadeniz then joined BENSON & PARTNERS - IESF as an Engagement Manager from February 2021 to September 2022, handling various responsibilities. In 2022, they joined PupaGrowth Advisory & Consultancy Services, providing advisory and consultancy services for Revo Capital. Additionally, they assumed the role of Head of Talent at Revo Capital in September 2022.

Throughout their career, Karadeniz has showcased their expertise in talent management, recruitment, and consulting.

Gizem Karadeniz completed their education in a chronological order. Gizem first attended the Sainte Pulchérie Fransız Lisesi | Lycée Français Sainte Pulchérie from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained their Lise degree. Following this, they attended Istanbul Bilgi University from 2010 to 2015, earning their Lisans degree in Psychology. Continuing their education, they pursued a Yüksek Lisans (Master) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University from 2018 to 2020. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the TA 101 certification from ITAA- International Transactional Analysis Association in November 2018, and also received the TA 202 certification from the same institution in the same month and year.
