Karina Glazier is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Revo Health, providing HR management services to Twin Cities Orthopedics and other physician-led practices within i-Health since July 2023. Previously, Karina served as an HR Coordinator for Global Talent at Boston Scientific from April 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included supporting the VP of Global Talent and various HR functions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Learning and Development Intern at Trane Technologies and an EPIC Human Resources Intern at Thermo King Americas, where Karina contributed to leadership development programs and analyzed recruiting data, respectively. Karina also worked as an Access and Navigation Specialist at Mayo Clinic during the COVID-19 pandemic. Karina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Winona State University.
