Pete Fischer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefits management and employee services. Currently serving as a Sr. Benefit Specialist at Revo Health since March 2022, Pete fields complex benefit inquiries, ensures ACA compliance, and analyzes market competitiveness of benefit plans. Previous roles include Sr. Disability Representative at Sedgwick, Appeals and Grievances Analyst at Bright Health, and various member services positions at HealthPartners. Pete's career began with a focus on volunteer operations at Open Arms of Minnesota, where operational efficiency was significantly improved. Pete holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Community Health and Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
