Caroline Pickens has a wealth of work experience in the media industry. In 2008, they began their career as an intern at WSMV, followed by an internship at KCNC-TV in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Producer at WCPO-TV and then in 2012, they were a Producer at Fox 19 WXIX-TV (Raycom Media). From 2014 to 2017, Caroline worked at WZTV Fox 17 as a Senior Producer and Feature Reporter for the Weekend Watch segment. During this time, they were responsible for selecting and writing stories, increasing viewership and ratings, and conducting outreach and booking for on-air guest appearances. In 2017, Caroline began working at Asurion as a Senior Content Writer and Video Producer. Caroline led the writing strategy and advocated best practices, with emphasis on conversational tone and clear storytelling structure. Caroline also provided copy edits and proofreading for all written materials on their team, resulting in quality improvements. Finally, Caroline is currently a Freelance Copywriter, Content Writer, and Editor at Revolancer since 2022.

Caroline Pickens graduated from Elon University in 2009 with a BA in Broadcast Communications and a Minor in International Studies.
