Adae Fonseca

Adae Fonseca, MSM, CSSYB, serves as the Program Manager for ServiceNow at Revolent Group, where responsibility includes recruiting and developing talent in niche technology ecosystems. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Business Development at GenNEXT Funding, L.L.C., overseeing the recruitment and training of mortgage loan professionals. With over a decade of service in the Army National Guard, Adae attained the position of Director of Operations, creating a nationally recognized training program. Additional leadership experience encompasses positions such as Branch Manager at Family First Mortgage and various managerial roles at Big Lots Stores and Hastings Entertainment.
