Join our team as a Pricing and Operations Analyst! You'll be responsible for handling special pricing requests and discount approvals and overseeing the Statement of Work (SOW) process, ensuring alignment with project capabilities, and coordinating, at all times, with Sales and Finance for data-driven decision-making.

What will you do? 🧭

  • Develop a structured approach to handle special pricing requests, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives

  • Implement a review system for discount approvals based on predefined criteria such as customer value, contract length, and market competition

  • Implement a digital workflow for quicker processing and approvals and work together with the Contract and Compliance Specialist to ensure smooth running of this workflow

  • Standardize the Statement of Work (SOW) process to ensure clarity and consistency across all client engagements

  • Manage renewals under a certain license number

  • Use data analytics (customer usage and satisfaction data) to identify upsell opportunities and potential contract improvements

  • Implement risk assessment protocols for contract and pricing decisions

Must haves 🔥

  • Fluency both in English and Czech languages (C1/C2)

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive...)

  • Ability to take full ownership of tasks and projects, display a high level of initiative, and work autonomously to achieve objectives

  • Ability to create new processes and update existing processes to ensure efficient operations

  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to cooperate across departments

  • Ability to accurately and clearly document processes

  • Being based in one of the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Estonia, UK

Nice to haves 🙌 (Don't worry if you don't have these skills, we will teach you)

  • Google Cloud Sales Credentials is a plus

  • Legal/Sales/Finance background is a plus
