Caitlin Owles

Caitlin Owles currently serves as a Junior Strategy and Operations Manager at Revolut, having begun this role in October 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at Mastercard from August 2023 to October 2025 as a Product Specialist, focusing on the commercialization of the Bin Lookup API. Caitlin also held the position of Associate Product Specialist at Mastercard, contributing to the launch program for the same API, and completed a Product Management Internship at Mastercard in the summer of 2022. Previous roles include Global Merchant Strategy and Product Development Intern at Mastercard in the summer of 2021 and a four-week internship at Cat Rock Capital Management LP in June 2020. Caitlin's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding Step on Step Off Boat Deliveries, while also gaining leadership experience as Head Sailing Coach at Rocky Point Yacht Club. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution Engineering from Texas A&M University and a high school diploma from Greenwich Academy.
