Chris Rea

Chris Rea is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Product, Design & Central Recruitment at Revolut since October 2021. In this role, Chris leads recruitment efforts for Product and Design teams, which include UX and Tech Product Owners, UX Researchers, and various design specialists. Previous positions include Lead Recruiter and Senior Recruiter focused on UX/UI at Revolut, as well as founding Zazu-Digital as a Digital Recruitment Consultant. Chris has also held senior roles at TechNET Digital, including Associate Director and Operations Manager, and began a career in recruitment with TechNET IT Recruitment Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed heading Digital & Tech Recruitment. Chris holds an MSc in Business Economics and a degree in Economics from the University of Portsmouth.
