Ezio Mantegazza

Ezio Mantegazza serves as an Operating Partner in the CEO Office at Revolut since December 2020, where responsibilities include managing critical special projects for the founder, aiming to enhance product launches, improve team performance, and develop scalable infrastructure. Additionally, Ezio holds the title of Operating Principal at QuantumLight, the first fully AI-driven VC fund launched by Nik Storonsky, playing a key role in transforming the concept into an operational entity with over 20 team members. Prior experience includes positions in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and internship roles at Fitch Ratings and Accenture. Ezio holds a Master's in Financial Analysis from London Business School and degrees in Applied Mathematics and Finance from NYU Stern, as well as a Bachelor’s in International Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi.
