Currently serving as a Senior Visual Designer at Revolut since April 2024, Rafael collaborates with Growth Marketing teams to develop innovative digital marketing solutions and improve design processes for global markets. Previously, Rafael held positions as a Senior Brand Designer at CloudWalk, Inc. and Strategy Lead at Ismo Design, focusing on branding strategy and user experience enhancement. Earlier career roles include Director of Art at Mero Design and Íntegra Propaganda, where Rafael was instrumental in developing marketing materials and visual identities.
