Richard de Pencier is currently the Head of Communications for Northern Europe at Revolut, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Richard served in various capacities at APCO from January 2021 to November 2025, achieving recognition as the PRCA’s Digital Professional of the Year in 2022 for work on an international net zero campaign and developing opinion research supporting major policy initiatives for a Big Tech company. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as a Communications Strategist at Vigo Consulting, where expertise was developed in integrated communications strategies and corporate positioning across multiple industries. Additionally, Richard completed internships at Bell Pottinger and Maverick Television, focusing on multiplatform content and business development. Academically, Richard obtained a Master’s degree in TV & Film: Research and Production from the University of Birmingham after earning a Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
