Rúben Germano

Rúben Germano currently serves as the Head of Branch and Head of Lending for Portugal at Revolut since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rúben held various leadership positions at Oney from June 2017 to June 2023, including Executive Director, Chief Growth Officer, and Head of Strategic Marketing & CRM, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing customer relationships through payment solutions, managing multiple departments, and leading the implementation of digital banking strategies. Rúben's experience also includes strategic consulting roles at Accenture, BKI, and Roland Berger, focusing on financial services, risk management, and business development. Rúben's academic background includes a Business Strategy certificate from INSEAD, a Master's in Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and a degree in Economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
