Tomasz Jarczyk

Tomasz Jarczyk currently serves as the Head of Lending for the North Region at Revolut, a position held since February 2020, and previously held the role of Head of Lending in Poland. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Wandoo Finance Group and Chief Risk Officer at Miloan Poland, where responsibilities encompassed credit risk, fraud risk, and management information systems. Earlier in the career, Tomasz worked as Head of Underwriting in the Risk Department at Raiffeisen Polbank, overseeing loan and credit card underwriting, and held the position of Credit Risk Head in Consumer Lending at Polbank EFG. Tomasz began a career at Citi, progressing through various roles including Head of Risk for the Cards Portfolio. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and further studies at Harvard Business School.
