Valter Alves

Valter Alves is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the areas of growth, marketing, and people management, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Revolut since February 2022. Alves has successfully managed the recruitment for a variety of roles including marketing managers and C-level executives across Europe, LATAM, and APAC, while also overseeing the Creative department. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at Boyden, where Alves specialized in executive recruitment, and a Human Resources Manager position at RE/MAX Latina, where foundational HR practices were developed. Alves holds a Master's in Economics and Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in Psychology from Universidade do Porto.
