Kassandra Baker is an experienced dance instructor with a background in mentorship and curriculum design. Since September 2015, Kassandra has been with Revolution Dance Company, where responsibilities include crafting lessons, choreography, and dance costumes while fostering a positive and energetic classroom atmosphere. Prior experience at Sondras Tri Dance, from September 2011 to June 2015, involved developing dancers' personal goals and serving as a mentor to enhance their confidence. Additionally, Kassandra has worked at Tim Hortons as a Crew Mentor since June 2010, adapting to fast-paced environments and coaching new employees. Kassandra holds an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Seneca Polytechnic, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
