Samra Bratanovic has a diverse work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Samra started their career in 1999 as a Material/Inventory Analyst at Gateway, where they increased inventory accuracy and saved costs through process improvements. Samra then worked as a Sr. Inventory Analyst at Celestica, improving inventory accuracy and managing inventory in a lean manufacturing environment. At Service Electronics Inc, they served as a Senior Inventory Analyst, generating reports and managing inventory with a value of over $30 million. Samra then joined Teleplan International as a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, responsible for managing raw material forecast, planning, and procurement for phone repairs. Samra also negotiated VMI programs with suppliers and led improvement projects. In their most recent role at Revolution Retail Systems, LLC, Samra served as the Director of Supply Chain, Parts & Logistics, overseeing service supply chain, repair center responsibilities, warehouse management, and inventory control. Currently, they are the Program Director - Service Projects and Initiatives at GLORY, where they lead service projects and initiatives.

Samra Bratanovic attended the Electro-Technical College in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where they majored in Telecommunication. Samra has also obtained a certification in "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in 2023.
