Nancy Hilliker

Nancy is an Associate at Revolution Growth. She joined the firm in 2020.

Nancy previously worked in equity research covering consumer and retail companies at Citigroup and Wells Fargo in New York City. While there, she worked on several transactions, including Tapestry’s acquisition of Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman, Michael Kors’ acquisition of Jimmy Choo, and a series of acquisitions by Hanesbrand and VF Corp. As a graduate student, she completed internships with J.P. Morgan’s investment banking team, Project 44, and Rodello Capital and won first place in New Spring’s growth equity thesis competition for a presentation on Supply Chain software. Nancy started her career with Bates White, LLC in Washington, DC working on the LCD price fixing cartel among other antitrust projects.

Nancy graduated from Canisius College with a B.S. in Finance, earned her MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is also a CFA charterholder.
