Jennifer Schwartz has over 9 years of experience in the corporate world. Jennifer began their career in 2012 at PHH Arval, where they held the roles of Corporate Trainer and Product Owner/Business Analyst. In 2014, they became a Self-Employed Contractor at Element Financial Corporation, where they held the role of Project Manager, focusing on the creation and implementation of a new Account Management Team Organizational Structure. That same year, they were also hired as an Integration Project Manager at Element Financial Corporation, where they were responsible for the completion of systems training for 200+ employees and 600+ client contacts across Canada within a specified timeframe and budget. In 2019, Jennifer was hired at Element Fleet Management, where they held the roles of Vice President Strategic Initiatives and VP Strategy and PMO. Most recently, they were hired as Director Implementation at Revolv in 2021.

Jennifer Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Penn State University. Jennifer has also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
