Dr Charlotte Henderson

Dr. Charlotte Henderson is the Co-Founder and CEO of RevoNA Bio, an RNA-targeted drug discovery company established in October 2022 as a spin-out from the University of Portsmouth. Prior to this role, Dr. Henderson served as a BBSRC RSE Enterprise Fellow at the Royal Society of Edinburgh, where involvement focused on business development for researchers. Participation in the Start Codon Accelerator supported the creation of a spin-out company in RNA therapeutic discovery. Dr. Henderson's academic career includes a position as a Research Fellow at the University of Portsmouth, where innovative applications for RNA technology were explored. Additional experience includes serving as an ICURe Entrepreneurial Lead for Innovate UK and as a Senior Research Associate, contributing to the advancement of novel RNA array technology. Dr. Henderson's academic credentials include a PhD in RNA Biochemistry from the University of Portsmouth.
