Melanie Adams

Melanie Adams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and revenue management across multiple industries. Currently a member of RevOps Co-op, Melanie previously served as the Director of Operations at Spruce Technology, Inc., where responsibilities included streamlining operations and supporting executive reporting. As the Director of Revenue Operations at Juniper by IMC, Melanie built a revenue operations department during a digital marketplace launch, optimizing sales and customer support functions. At Uber, roles included Program Manager for Merchant Operations, where initiatives enhanced team effectiveness, and Chief of Staff to the Head of US/CAN SMB Sales, focused on optimizing inbound sales strategies. Earlier experience at Nutrabolt and HotSchedules emphasized program management and customer care leadership. Melanie holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
