Revpanda - leading digital marketing agency within iGaming sector , is seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives for both our organization and our esteemed clients. Responsibilities:
Build and execute the company’s marketing strategy and marketing budget
Take full responsibility for the marketing team (SMM, PPC Specialist)
Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to nurture leads, engage audiences, and drive conversions
Drive strategies to enhance brand engagement across various channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence
Lead initiatives to optimize the conversion funnel, utilizing data-driven insights and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and drive seamless customer journeys.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
Leverage segmentation and personalization to create targeted retention campaigns.
Develop and edit the company’s official website
Construct and execute the company’s Advertising plan – online and offline
Assist with planning and executing events, conferences and exhibitions, take full ownership of it
Determine the long-term strategic objectives of the business in conjunction with the Executive Management Team
Assist in the development of new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
Identify external market trends, performance, and outlook to gain competitive intelligence
Identify and follow up on new clients through digital and traditional marketing efforts, sales strategies such as networking, use of social media, following up on leads;
Work in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Mentor and train colleagues in the department
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and communications relating to service offerings as well as HR
Identify Fairs & Exhibitions you should attend and take full responsibility of planning the event and marketing around it
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
3+ years of experience in similar position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Experience in the iGaming industry or digital marketing agency is a plus
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy, PPC, email marketing, copywriting
Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
Willingness and ability to travel to EU and Non-EU countries
Established press and media contacts are preferable
