Bruce Hassler

Bruce Hassler has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Bruce started their career as a Software Developer at Parlant Technology Inc., where they worked on creating a web-based communications portal for school districts. Bruce then progressed to the role of Technical Support Manager, where they managed the technical support operations and implemented customer feedback improvements. Later, they became the Director of Technical Services, where they oversaw data integration, implementation, technical support, and client service departments. Bruce expanded customer support offerings and implemented an automated IVR system. Eventually, Bruce became the Chief Technology Officer at Parlant Technology Inc., responsible for all technical aspects of the business and leading the development of new product offerings.

In 2017, Bruce joined RevRoad as the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they worked with portfolio companies, determining feature sets for Minimum Viable Products (MBP) and future features based on market needs. Bruce managed software development teams and hired and trained software engineers.

Bruce also has experience as a Member of the Board of Directors for various companies, including Analytics Odyssey, Paramify, Affinity Canvas, Savology, MedForums, and Literal. Bruce joined these companies at different times, playing an advisory role in the strategic direction and decision-making processes.

Prior to their roles at Parlant Technology Inc., Bruce worked as the Senior Director of Product Management, Senior Director of Strategy - K12 Industry Management, and Senior Director of Product Development at Blackboard. Bruce was responsible for managing various notification products, developing new products, taking existing products to new markets, and overseeing the integration of acquired product offerings.

Bruce Hassler completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University from 2000 to 2003. Bruce also obtained a certification in Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing in August 2016.
