Harold Alvarez

Harold A. is an experienced finance and investment professional currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and VP of Capital and Finance at RevRoad, as well as a Board Member across multiple organizations including NOMYX, Briefpoint, and WhistlePitch. Harold holds a Doctor of Law degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the University of Ottawa, along with an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Concordia University. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Capital Markets at Desjardins, focusing on debt and equity transactions in Canada and the US, and founding BERE, a Real Estate SaaS platform that utilizes blockchain technology. Additionally, Harold has a strong background in private equity through a senior associate role at Group RMC, where investment opportunities in startups were identified and assessed.
