Vlad Kozul

Vlad Kozul possesses extensive experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and finance. Currently serving as a Venture Scout at Flashpoint Venture Capital, Vlad focuses on B2B SaaS, seeking companies with a minimum of $1 million in annual recurring revenue. At Revuto, involvement includes fundraising efforts following a successful $10 million ICO and contributions to content creation. Previously, as an Entrepreneur in Residence at CLS LLC, Vlad facilitated healthcare advisory and raised over $50 million in growth capital deals. Vlad co-founded and sold an email marketing business and held the role of COO at POMP FUEL, an on-demand diesel startup. Early career experiences include positions at leading financial firms, including S&P Global Market Intelligence, Lazard, AllianceBernstein, FBR, and AXA Investment Managers. Vlad holds multiple finance degrees from Bayes Business School and ESCP Business School, complemented by a European Baccalaureate from the European School Oxford.
