Gaby Kozakov

Gaby Kozakov has extensive work experience in research and development (R&D) roles in various companies.

Starting from 2023, they are currently working as the VP R&D at Revuze.

Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, they worked at AU10TIX, where they held the positions of CTO & VP R&D and VP R&D. In these roles, they were responsible for driving product portfolio evolution, growing the R&D team, and influencing the company's strategic advancement. Gaby led a large multi-disciplinary group consisting of full-stack, mobile, computer vision, software, and DevOps teams. Gaby also played an active role in the company's leadership and acted as a change agent for technology and non-technology initiatives.

From 2017 to 2019, Gaby worked at Trax Retail as the VP R&D, leading the R&D arm of the consumer packaged goods (CPG) offering. Gaby managed a large and distributed R&D organization, successfully integrating an acquired R&D team both culturally and technically.

Before that, from 2012 to 2017, they worked as an R&D Director at Amdocs, managing a distributed R&D group responsible for developing a CRM product and leading a transformation to digital products and DevOps.

Further back in their career, from 2010 to 2012, Gaby was the R&D Department Manager at ECI Telecom.

From 1999 to 2010, they held various roles at Comverse, including R&D group Manager, CTO of Call Completion BU, and R&D manager of the Visual Interfaces section. Gaby also held several developer and team lead positions during this time.
