Jana Nanayakkara

Jana Nanayakkara serves as Vice President of People and Strategy at Revv since 2025 and is a current member of Chief, having joined in 2023. Previously, Jana held the position of Head of People and Business Operations, Vice President at Flume Health from 2022 to 2024, where strategic alignment across People, Finance, and Legal departments was emphasized to foster growth and innovation. Prior roles include various leadership positions at LeafLink, DailyPay, and Robert Half, focusing on talent acquisition and people strategy. Jana has also worked as a Senior Consultant in Human Resources and Talent at IANULY Talent Accelerators and as a diplomat for the Embassy of Sri Lanka and United Nations. Jana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Political Science from Binghamton University.
