Dee Olomajeye

Dee Olomajeye has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They are currently working at Senti Biosciences as the Head of People - Vice President of People Strategy & Culture since August 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions of increasing responsibility within the People department at Senti Biosciences, including Head of People - Senior Director and Head of People - Director.

Before joining Senti Biosciences, Dee worked at Aon from 2016 to 2019, starting as an Assistant Vice President and later as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they specialized in Health & Benefits, gaining expertise in benefits strategy implementation, cost management, compliance, administration, and communication.

From 2015 to 2016, Dee served as a Senior Client Manager at Willis Towers Watson. Prior to that, they worked at The Miles Organization for ten years in progressive roles as Director and Manager of Client Services. In this position, they demonstrated extensive knowledge of benefits issues, HR practices, and HRIS system processes, while also managing a team.

Dee has also been involved in leadership roles outside of their professional career. They served in the Palms Neighborhood Council as President and Secretary from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, they worked at The Los Angeles Times as an Employee Relations professional in 2005.

Dee started their career at Mercer Human Resource Consulting in 2000, where they held various roles until 2005, further expanding their knowledge and experience in the HR field. Before that, they worked at AIESEC in Belgium as the National VP of Programs from 1997 to 1998, where they were responsible for coordinating and marketing international internship programs and providing leadership training.

Dee Olomajeye obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Electronic Media (specifically Media and Communication) from the University of Cincinnati. This education took place from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, Dee Olomajeye obtained a certification in the Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company in August 2022.
