Sophie Abbott

Sophie Abbott has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sophie most recently worked at Revvity as the Sr Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Culture & Belonging starting in January 2022. Prior to that, Sophie worked at BD as the Global Human Resources Sr Business Partner from October 2017 to December 2021. Sophie also served as the Regional Recruitment Manager at DS Smith from January 2016 to October 2017. In 2015, Sophie worked at The NJ Partnership as the Talent Selection Director and Head of Project Delivery, where they managed international retained search projects and specialized in headhunting campaigns. Before that, they worked at Jordan Sheppard as a Senior Executive Consultant & Team Leader, managing assignments and key accounts for companies in various industries. Sophie's earliest role was at ASAP Software as a Sales & Recruitment Assistant.

Sophie Abbott attended Universite de Saint Etienne from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a DUT degree in GACO. Sophie has also completed several additional certifications, including the KFALP Masterclass from Korn Ferry, the Sara Lee Recognition Award from BD, the Recruiter of the Year 2019 Award Winner from The FIRM, as well as the Planning and Leading Projects and license to Hire Training from BD.
