Murtadha AlQatan has a diverse range of work experience. Murtadha is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Rewaa since October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources at Erne Fittings GmbH from May 2017 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for various HR tasks such as managing payroll, attendance, and bills payments.

Before their role at Erne Fittings GmbH, Murtadha worked as an Administration Representative at TÜV Rheinland Arabia (Training & Consulting) from December 2014 to April 2017. Murtadha'sresponsibilities included managing office administration issues and ensuring the smooth flow of projects.

Prior to that, Murtadha worked as a Merchandising Execution Captain at Home Depot from August 2012 to August 2013. Murtadha focused on maintaining store readiness, customer satisfaction, and executing various projects and tasks.

Murtadha also has experience in teaching and tutoring. Murtadha worked as a Tutor at Knowledge Networks from December 2010 to December 2011, where they helped students with Arabic, writing essays, and supervising assignments. Additionally, they worked as a Coach (Soccer) at YMCA from March 2011 to June 2011, where they taught sportsmanship, improved players' soccer skills, and provided leadership.

Murtadha AlQatan pursued their education in Business Administration and International Business & Management. From 2008 to 2012, they attended the University of Montana, where they obtained a "BS" in Business Administrations with a focus on International Business & Management. Additionally, they also studied at The University of Montana - College of Business from 2008 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, majoring in International Business Management with a double major.
