Derrick Onate PT, DPT, NCS serves as the Clinical Training Manager at Lifeward since October 2021, while also working as a PRN Physical Therapist at Emory Healthcare since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Physical Therapist at RESTORE HEALTH GROUP from February 2020 to October 2021, Hendrick Health in 2019, and at the Centre for Neuro Skills from August 2017 to December 2018. Derrick has also contributed as a PRN Physical Therapist at UT Southwestern Medical Center in mid-2018. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: Fitness Development from the State University of New York Cortland.
