Chris Britton

People Experience Director at Reward Gateway

Chris Britton has a solid work experience in the field of learning and development and people experience. Starting in 2008, Chris worked as a Retail Store Manager at Vodafone before transitioning into a Learning and Development Trainer. In 2011, Chris joined Virgin Holidays as a Learning and Development Executive, eventually moving up to become a Learning and Development Manager and then a Learning and Development Business Partner. In 2015, Chris joined Samsung Electronics as a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner before transitioning to River Island as a Learning and Development Manager and later as a Senior Talent Manager- People Development. Most recently, Chris worked at Carpetright as the Head of Learning and Development, Head of Learning and Internal Communications, and Head of People Experience. Currently, Chris is the People Experience Director at Reward Gateway.

Chris Britton attended the University of Brighton from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Psychology with a focus on Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology. Prior to that, they attended Regent House Grammar School from 1998 to 2005. In addition to their education, Chris has obtained various certifications, including being a Fellow since 2023 through The LPI, a Mental Health First Aider certified by MHFA England in 2018, and a Certified Scrum Master certified by Agile Scrum Alliance™ in 2017, among others. They also hold a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HRD and are a PI Analyst certified by PI Worldwide.
