Ellie Haywood is an experienced professional with a strong background in brand growth and partnerships, currently serving as the Head of Global Content Partnerships at Reward Gateway since November 2025. Previously, Ellie worked as a Brand Growth Manager at Tillo and Jigsaw Business Solutions, where Ellie held multiple roles including Partnerships Manager and Senior Partnership & Sales Executive over several years. Elite experience in customer service and event management was gained as Catering and Events Manager at Wishbone and through various roles in hospitality, including Front of House team member at MCMULLAN PUBS LIMITED and Hostess at Engage Twickenham during International Rugby matches. Ellie began her career as a Crew Member at McDonald's, progressing through numerous positions that honed customer service skills. Ellie holds a degree in Criminology with Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, awarded in 2017.
