Hend Dabash

Hend Dabash is an experienced Employee Engagement Consultant at Reward Gateway, having progressed through various roles since March 2017, including Senior Employee Engagement Specialist and Employee Engagement Specialist. With a passion for consulting and partnering with businesses across Australia, Hend specializes in assisting HR professionals to enhance employee engagement. Prior to this role, Hend worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Talent Coordinator at Randstad Australia from February 2016 to March 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences in Applied Psychology from La Trobe University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences with Honours from Southern Cross University (2015).
