Petya Maneva has extensive experience in client relationship management, sales, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Client Relationship Team Manager at Reward Gateway, Petya is responsible for managing, coaching, and empowering a team of Client Relationship Managers. Petya oversees revenue pipelines, works closely with team members to achieve targets, handles client escalations, and is involved in contract negotiations. Petya previously held positions at Sixty K Ltd as a Customer Service Sales Specialist, at wagamama as an Assistant Manager, and at Turtle Bay Restaurants as an Assistant Manager. Petya holds a BTEC National Diploma in Hospitality and Catering Management and is currently pursuing an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership.
