Sim Riordan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Additionally, Sim has obtained various certifications including Collaborative Negotiation Training from Vantage Partners in 2021, the Challenger Facilitator certification from Challenger in 2018, and World Class Coaching certification from CEB (now Gartner) in 2015. In 2012, Sim completed Assessor Training and Competency Based Interviewing & Assessment Centre Design from SHL, followed by Personality & Ability Assessment Interpretation & Applications (PAA) Level 1&2 in 2011.
