Head of UK Retail (Loyalty Marketing) at Reward

Claudia Ene has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Claudia started their career at University of Essex Students' Union in 2011, where they held the position of Entertainment & Events Frontrunner. In 2012, they joined Colchester Borough Council as a Travel Plan Club Assistant Co-ordinator. In 2014, Claudia worked as a Media Analyst at Gorkana.

From 2016 onwards, Claudia focused on roles in marketing and account management. Claudia worked as a Client Services Manager at alva intelligence and then moved on to Rakuten Marketing, where they held the positions of Account Manager (Affiliate) and Strategic Account Manager (Affiliate). During their time at Rakuten Marketing, they developed expertise in the affiliate marketing industry and built strong relationships with clients and publishers.

Claudia joined The Telegraph in 2019 as a Senior Commerce Manager before transitioning to Reward later that year. At Reward, Claudia was initially a Senior Account Manager (Loyalty Marketing) and then became an Account Director (Loyalty Marketing). Claudia also served as the Partnerships Lead - Strategic and Growth (Loyalty Marketing). Currently, Claudia holds the position of Head of UK Retail (Loyalty Marketing) at Reward.

Claudia Ene began their education in 2006 at the National College 'B.P.Hasdeu' in Romania. It is unclear if they obtained a degree or studied a specific field during this time. From 2010 to 2013, Claudia attended the University of Essex, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology with Social Psychology.

In terms of additional certifications, Claudia obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner Project Management certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2019. Claudia also obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation Project Management certification from the same institution in February 2019.
