Ritchie Anderson

Ritchie Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ritchie started their career at Mobil Oil, where they worked on projects such as Qatargas: Downstream LNG Plant Project and SAGE Gas Plant Project. Ritchie then moved on to Grant Sinclair Group, where they served as a Technical Director and Senior Consultant, focusing on data and knowledge management for energy companies.

In 2003, Ritchie became the Managing Director of Energo Ltd, where they engaged with board-level executives to develop corporate information and communication technology strategies. Ritchie also managed sales and marketing strategies during their time there.

Afterwards, Ritchie joined 8OVER8 LIMITED as a Global Product Manager, responsible for delivering enterprise-grade software products in the oil and gas industry. Ritchie initiated and led user group workshops, collaborated with engineering and design teams, and provided innovative market-leading data to reduce investment risk.

In 2015, Ritchie transitioned to 8over8 Limited as a Product Marketing Manager, focusing on maximizing business value from the company's information governance products. Ritchie utilized machine learning to deliver actionable insights and increase efficiency for customers.

Ritchie ventured into volunteering in 2020, serving as a Product Management Skills Mentor for Innovative Solutions at EUvsVirus. Ritchie helped teams across Europe define and develop innovative solutions for COVID-19 challenges.

Currently, Ritchie holds the position of Product Innovation Manager at Reward, where they apply their expertise in product management and innovation.

Ritchie Anderson completed a Continuing Professional Development Diploma in Product Management from Technological University Dublin for the academic year 2012-2013.
