Deepa Manickavasagam

Deepa Manickavasagam is a VP of Technology Delivery at RewardOps, with a background in strategic product development and aligning technology with business objectives. Deepa has extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving successful digital transformations in various industries, including financial services and loyalty programs. Prior to her current role, Deepa held VP and Partner positions at both Engage People Inc. and Nascent, where she focused on delivering digital solutions aligned with business goals and fostering innovation through agile practices. She also has experience in project management and technical leadership roles at companies such as Fortinet, Ontario Power Generation, and Bell Canada. Deepa holds a degree in Computer Science & New Media Design from the University of Toronto.
