Lais Zagatti Pedro, CSM®, has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and agile methodologies. They are currently employed as a Senior Software Developer at Rewind since March 2021, where they exhibit their expertise in software development.

Prior to their current role, Lais worked as a Senior Software Developer at Kudos® from July 2018 to March 2021. During this time, they gained valuable experience in software development and contributed to the company's success.

Before joining Kudos®, Lais served as an Analista de sistemas sênior - Scrum Master at Serasa Experian from January 2018 to June 2018.

Lais also worked at Monitora Soluções Tecnológicas, starting as a Development Lead from June 2015 to February 2017, and later transitioning into the role of Product Owner from February 2017 to December 2017. During their tenure at Monitora Soluções Tecnológicas, Lais played a crucial role in international projects, utilizing Java Web frameworks, ADF, Oracle DB, and BPM for VistaJet. They actively participated in agile processes, such as Scrum, leading requirements definition meetings, reports, demos, and making technical decisions.

Additionally, Lais had the opportunity to co-found PROINOV, where they served as a Co-founder from February 2012 to March 2013. They were involved in establishing the company's foundation and initiating its operations.

Lais began their career as a Mobile Application Developer at Guarani Sistemas in July 2012, gaining valuable experience in this field before moving on to other roles.

Lais Zagatti Pedro, CSM®, has a strong educational background in computer science and information systems. Lais completed their Bachelor of Information Systems at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2009 to 2012. Their studies focused on "Sistemas de Informação."

Lais then pursued their Master of Computer Science at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, specializing in the use of gamification on Virtual Learning Environments to reduce undesirable behaviors. Lais successfully completed this degree from 2013 to 2016.

In 2014, Lais had the opportunity to expand their knowledge internationally by attending the University of Saskatchewan as an International Master's student. During their time there, their focus was on gamification and educational systems.

Furthermore, Lais obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2019.
